The oil mill

The oil mill, property of the Sagarra Banach family, situated inside the production estate, was inaugurated in 1985. It possesses the most advanced technology when it comes to extraction systems of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Both of its production lines allow the separation of the different qualities of olives that keep coming in, according to the daily harvest that takes place in its own estate and of the whole region, as well. In the first of them is elaborated the Assut Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the arbequine variety, strictly accepting only superior quality arbequine olives. In the second, is elaborated the Assut Extra Virgin Olive Oil from autochthonous varieties also known as "From the country", separating in due the olive bulks of a superior quality from those of an inferior quality.
