The production estate

The production estate, situated outside Xerta has been one of the reference points for the modern cultivation of the olive trees for the past 15 years. The Sagarra Banach family, pioneers in the transformation of the olive grove of traditional plantation into the semiintensive olive grove plantation, has thus achieved an exceptional result in its Assut Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the arbequine variety, with the unsurmountable organoleptic qualities of colour, aroma and flavour, solely possible in the northern region of the territory of the lower Ebre. In effect, the unique quality of the soil of this region, allows a very special maturation of the fruit of the olive tree which transmits a whole series of unique organoleptic qualities to the resulting product. These qualities are both unique and unobtainable in any other region in the world.
